-  Author: Brad F.Service Drive!!! So I went to another dealership close by on Thursday when the CDK hack was full bloom. They said they couldn't help me unless I was getting an oil change and sent me packing. I then took it to Horne Kia, I was greeted by Crystal in the Service Drive and she told me what was going on which the other dealership didn't and told me she was hopeful. She took my car in going using old school paperwork and off I went. The next day I got a call from Crystal telling my warranty company sucks and how to fix it. I did exactly what she said and since then, things are looking up. She ordered all the parts and said I'll have my car back by Friday. When she told me about my warranty company and their preferences, they (warranty company) told me to take it to the original dealership. I called them and told them what was going on and they are still in oil change only mode. Unbelievable!!!!!! Horne Kia and Crystal rock! 
-  Author: Andrew W.My wife and I have recently bought two new cars from Horne Kia - a Sportage and a Seltos. Very nice cars, but that's not why I'm writing this review. We recently had our first scheduled maintenance for our 2023 Sportage. Unfortunately we had an issue with the oil change which resulted in a substantial oil leak. Turns out the drain plug wasn't fully tightened. But I'm not writing this as a condemnation, but instead as a compliment and a salute to this dealer's outstanding service department. The leak wasn't all that serious as it was discovered early. I called Horne service the next morning after the discovery, and I was immediately put in touch with their warranty covered roadside assistance for a tow. Within an hour the tow happened and their service grouped immediately addressed the issue. The service representative with we deal (Mikey) called us to take full accountability for the issue and within three hours the entire the car was back on the road. Every business that we deal with can make a mistake. We're all human. The real test is the manner with which a company deals with a mistake. Horne's response was exemplary. We've bought a total of three cars from them, and we'll continue to give them our business. Accountability and integrity count bucketfuls, folks 
-  Author: Donn D.Time to trade in my GMC Acadia. It was a pretty good vehicle but the warranty absolutely suuuucked! So having had two Kia's previously I decided to go with them again, and I picked up the Telluride S after much research as it was ranked #1 in midsized SUVs. I couldn't be happier with my decision. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in and I went a level up from the base model which I had planned on getting because they had a righteous deal on it. Now about my salesman and experience with their financing department. My previous salesperson was great, but my finance guy who closed the deal was a nightmare as detailed in my previous post. It was a completely different story this time I am pleased to report. My salesman Abdulh was terrific! He didn't do a hard sale which was greatly appreciated as he answered the questions I had but wasn't intrusive with constantly over hyping the vehicle to me. He took me out to test drive several of them and was able to answer every single question I had and was knowledgeable and about the vehicles. I doubt you'll get from most salesman who don't know what they are selling, and after I bought the vehicle he sat and walked me through the Kia Connect app for some time. So yeah, ask for Abdulh because he's just a great guy to work with. Regarding the financing guy who does the final paperwork. Th last guy I worked with when I bought a car there was super disrespectful and I almost killed the deal because of it. He tried to upsell me on things (which I get is how they make profit) but he just kept shaking his head and essentially called me an idiot over and over when I told him I wasn't interested in something this time I worked with Harvey Alexander. He was super respectful, and while he did present the options for additional services as he has to do, he wasn't disrespectful when I declined. He also did the paperwork quickly so I wasn't sitting around all day which was appreciated. Guys like these and the quality of Kia will keep me coming back to this dealership. This is my third Kia and I've been happy with them all, and I'll certainly buy my next Kia from Horne Kia again. 
-  Author: April A.Took my Soul in for some recall work and servicing and Crystal was my advisor. She did a walk around with me, went over the things we were doing and recommendations. She treated me like a VIP and made my experience an awesome one! So alongside the recalls, I got new wiper blades and a battery, plus did recommended system flushes. Plus they washed and vacuumed my Soul and got it all roadtrip worthy for me, as I am headed out to Palm Springs and Laughlin the next two weekends for concerts and will get to see family as well! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and staff here! Crystal is amazing and knows her stuff plus she is just wonderful as well! I feel like I made a new friend on this visit!
